Not a statistic.

One of our kids walked across a stage recently that I wasn't sure she'd ever reach.

I'm not going to share details because her story isn't mine to tell. But when she came to ZOE, she had been through things no child should ever have to survive. And she graduated.

At Thai school graduations, the underclassmen circle the graduating class and honor them. Watching that happen, watching these kids be celebrated and seen... I could barely hold it together.

This is what restoration actually looks like. Not a statistic. A kid in a cap and gown who knows she has a future.

I could not be here witnessing moments like this without my #DODDsquad. Every single one of you who has chosen to send support makes it possible for me to be in this country, eyes full of tears, watching miracles happen in real time. Thank you. Genuinely.

If you want to be part of moments like this, the link in my bio takes you straight there.
