Reconnecting

Something really sweet about this summer has been reconnecting with friends who used to live in Thailand. We've shared meals, told old stories, laughed about culture shock moments, and reminisced about the deep, beautiful parts of life overseas that only other missionaries can truly understand.

There’s something comforting about being with people who “get it”... the smells, the sounds, the pace of life, the heart behind the mission. It’s been such a gift to remember together, to celebrate what God has done, and to dream a little about what He might still be up to.

Grateful for these friendships that pick up right where we left off.
